Heidi Chadwick
(hatha yoga)
is a trained British Wheel of Yoga teacher. Teaching hatha yoga, she is influenced by the Satyananda and Iyengar traditions and more recently by the Theravadin and pure awareness meditation practices. Other main inspiration comes through her own curiosity and challenge of the practice. Having a strong interest in yoga as a thrapeutic tool, her classes look toward meditation, breathwork, creative movement and the body-mind connection as aids to promote healing and well being. Heidi also facilitates "Yoga and Creativity" workshops in order to promote self expression and exploration in a non judgemental way. She also co-runs the very popular yoga workshops with Jane.

Jane Craggs (hatha yoga) originally trained whilst working in theatre in Spain after studying with Ramiro Calle in Madrid and Godfrey Devereux in Ibiza. Since then she has continued to study and has been deeply inspired by the heartfelt teachings of Sara Powers, Paul Grilley and Donna Farhi. She has also completed training with the BWY and continues to draw inspiration from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Her teaching combines flowing vinyasa, classical hatha yoga and Daoist yoga including passive Yin style poses. Her approach to teaching embraces creativity, accessibility and discipline, but above all the cultivation of love for the practice, laughter and compassion.

Andrea McCool (sonic meditation) works with crystal bowls and has over 15 years experience in the field of holistic healing. After spending 7 years in Italy when she worked as an alchemists assistant she returned to the UK and was introduced to reflexology, aromatherapy and reiki and the crystal bowls.
It was her experience with the crystal bowls which gave clarification to her path and since 1999 she has been demonstrating the powers of the bowls at festivals around the country and in her sonic meditation sessions and workshops. The session lasts about 1 and a half hours and the bowls are sounded for 45 minutes...it is a great way to meditate promoting health n all levels and effortlessly inspiring a bliss state of being and an altered state of consciousness.
